Partnering with creative agency Haygarth, we designed the core user experience for a new retail kiosk experience for Audi US. The final solution was to be rolled out across US Audi showrooms, inline with a range launch.



Working closely with the Haygarth client team and contacts in the US. We developed design system guidelines aimed at creating an optimal experience for the form factor the experience was to be shown on - a 7 foot tall portrait touch-screen display.

Using this design system, we rapidly created a 1:1 scale prototype to test sizing, typography and interaction models. Once we’d explored the optimal approach to these rules, we delivered a fully interactive 1:10 scale prototype.
