Hyve Group (previously ITE Group) is a global events company with an annual revenue of over $130 million. They run business conferences across the world for thousands of global businesses.
We’ve been working with them since 2018 to help redesign and rebuild their website as part of their global rebrand. Working with tight brand guidelines and specific technical requirements, we took the top-level wireframes and created a highly-visual experience that integrates into their Kentico CMS solution using largely existing content and assets.

Due to the nature of the project and how the content was going to be populated and the back-end built, we designed and built the front-end in a modular way, allowing the Hyve technical team to manage content and layout of the pages themselves through the CMS system.
Module and Global Element Design
We created an overall look and feel for the website based on the new brand guidelines, including a new user interface (UI) library. Followed by the visual designs for all the modules detailed in the wireframes. Select pages were created for the different screen sizes, based on the designed module system, to demonstrate the final page layout and look-and-feel for the purpose of sign-off.
Front-end Development and Testing
The development and testing cycles comprised of five sprints that individually encompass front-end development, review and testing phases. Each sprint included the release of the approved build for integration by the back-end development team.

Alongside the website redesign, we worked with Hyve’s Internal Communications team to help them revision their intranet site. Heavily influenced by the look and feel of the Hyve website, we developed a design which aligned with their internal tone of voice and was technically feasible to integrate with their existing intranet platform.
